Warranty Policy
To further our commitment to quality craftsmanship, a lifetime limited warranty is included with all our products.

The warranty is limited to any problems caused by Manufacturer Defects*. These problems are covered in-full until the customer is satisfied. The customer can arrange to return their product to have it inspected by CUT to see if the defect is indeed a Manufacturer Defect. If a customer is unable to transport their product due to its size, CUT may travel to the location of that product, if deemed within a reasonable distance. We take as many steps as possible to ensure all our products are as stable as possible, but wood can be unpredictable and sometimes problems occur.
Customers are expected to make appropriate conditions for transporting and moving their products. Breakage caused by dropping products, etc. will not be covered by our warranty.
All customers are provided with a Wood Product Care Instruction form. Customers are expected to read this form in full. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions about the form. Problems caused by failure to follow these instructions does not constitute a Manufacturer Defect and the products are no longer covered by our Warranty Policy.
* Manufacturer Defect - A manufacturing defect is a flaw, imperfection, or deficiency in a product that was not intended. This kind of defect occurs when a product departs from its intended design.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required for all custom orders. Once this payment is received, we will start your project. Down payments are collected to protect our business. Exceptions may be made for unusual or extreme circumstances.
Return Policy
All sales are considered final. Exceptions may be made for unusual or extreme circumstances.
